‘Let Me Do that for You’

Small business owners are faced with overloaded troughs as they endeavor to keep their companies successful and profitable.

Thankfully the coronavirus pandemic has abated but other calamities have arisen such as an unstable economy. You’ve heard about supply-chain interruptions. While customer service, customer satisfaction and quality are eternally important, today they should be even more top of mind. Entrepreneurs are also confronted with circumspect consumers who are not overly eager to spend money to acquire the goods and services that they’re being offered. But business, the owners must do.

As they strive to bring their tangible and intangible wares to market, they must also monitor a range of activities that tell them if they’re on track to hit the numbers that they need. But should they do it themselves or hire staff? They most certainly can’t do it themselves otherwise they’ll lose sight of the target.

And herein lies the benefit of many of the exhibitors at the New York Small Business Expo last Friday, June 24, at the New York Hilton Midtown.

The spirit of “Let me do that for you” prevailed among the exhibitors.
